General Return Policy

We have 15 day return policy. We offer our customer complete peace of mind while ordering at B2zone- you can return any item within the 15 days of receipt of goods.

If you are not satisfied with what you have ordered, we will gladly take it back within the 15 days from the date of delivery. If you have paid by card or internet banking, we will reverse the payment to same account. Whereas in the case of cash on delivery, you will have to provide us with the bank account details, so that we could make the refunds.

We will also refund the shipping charges as store credits. However, you must ensure that the product is unused and all the tags, boxes and packaging are intact.

What to do in case of defective item?

If an item is defective, please make sure you get in touch with our customer care on [email protected] or call us on +91-9887783184 within 15 days of receipt of the product. You will have to return the product through the courier service and then we will either make a full refund, B2zone store credits or another item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the products.

Category specific policies for Returns –

Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Open or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, upset stomach, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference among brands, etc products would not be accepted for returns. For medical issues, please contact a doctor before making a purchase.

Sports: Return policy is applicable only with the issue with size of the apparel or footwear.

Fitness equipment: There is no policy for refund of fitness equipment unless it is damaged in transit.

Following shall NOT be eligible for replacement:

  1. Damage due to misuse of the product
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  3. Any consumables that has been used or installed
  4. Products with tempered or missing serial number/UPC numbers

Any defect or damage that is not covered under manufacturer’s warranty

How to arrange the reverse pick up?

First of all, you need to contact us to initiate the refund. You will receive a call from our end explaining you the process of return, once you have initiated the return.

You will have to return the item through a third party courier service and we would return you the charges of courier as store credits.

Modes of refund – 

In order to confirm the cancellation of the product(s), you will have to select your preferred mode of refund.

There are two modes of refund:

  1. B2zone Cash: If you choose this option the amount will be added to your b2zone reward points as store credits.
  2. Back to Source: In this option, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used for making the payment.

Once you have initiated the cancellation process, b2zone will complete the process and will initiate the refund depending upon your preference.
